Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Build vendor pipeline aligned with category sales target and SKU roadmap
- Evaluate vendor readiness to supply high-turn SKUs (volume, spec, cost)
- Negotiate supply terms that enable competitive pricing and margin
- Collaborate with upstream to test & launch new value-added SKUs (cut, prepped, frozen-ready)
- Maintain conversion funnel of vendor prospect → onboarded supplier
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technologies or related field; Food Technologies preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in Vendor Management, Frozen, Fresh FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing vendor acquisitions.
- Strong vendor management.
- Exceptional negotiation skill, communication, and knowledge in related field.
