Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and manage the affiliate marketing strategy to drive car sales through online and offline affiliate partners.
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to expand reach and increase lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align promotions, creatives, and messaging with business goals.
- Manage affiliate tools, platforms, and payout structures, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or performance-based marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and sales funnel optimization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage and grow affiliate relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
