Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop AI Algorithms: Design and implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms for various use cases.
- Code AI Models: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to build and train AI models using appropriate libraries and frameworks.
- Integrate AI Solutions: Implement AI models into software applications, ensuring compatibility and smooth functionality within the system architecture.
- Model Evaluation & Improvement: Test model performance using appropriate metrics and iterate on improvements to enhance accuracy and reliability.
- Fine-Tune Models: Adjust and optimize models based on performance feedback, data updates, or changing project requirements.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain Codebase & Documentation: Ensure AI code and pipelines are version-controlled, reproducible, and documented for long-term maintenance and scalability.
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Min 2+ years of experience machine learning with exposure to all stages ML model development
- Strong programming skills in Python/C++, Strong coding ethics
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Experience with CV/NLP libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, dspy, Ragatouille, ragas, OpenCV, Scikit-Image
- Experience with Advanced RAG, Vector Indexing and Vector DBs (LLamaIndex/FAISS, Chroma)
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
