Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for conducting comprehensive employee performance evaluations, from planning to final report generation. This includes developing assessment tools, scheduling assessments, and creating individualized career development plans.
- Minimum Education is bachelor's or master's degree in psychology.
- At least 1 year of experience as an assessor.
- Proficient in psychological testing, including test setup, scoring, interpretation, and reporting.
- Having an Assessor certification is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Willing to be placed in Kopo-Katapang.
