Job Overview:
The B2B and Complementary Procurement Staff plays a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and managing vendors and suppliers for raw materials, complementary items, and merchandise specific to B2B orders. This individual will focus on ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining high-quality standards and timely delivery to support the company’s B2B business operations.
The role requires min. 2 years of experience as Procurement/Sourcing Specialist in a fashion retail industry, strong negotiation skills, supplier relationship management, and an understanding of the fashion retail industry’s supply chain dynamics, particularly in accessories, bags, and apparel.
Job Role:
- Identify and establish partnerships with reliable suppliers for raw materials, merchandise, and complementary items tailored to B2B order requirements.
- Conduct supplier assessments, audits, and negotiations to ensure high standards of quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Execute procurement strategies aligned with Torch.id’s B2B operations and client-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand design, material, and order specifications.
- Stay updated on market trends, material pricing, and emerging technologies in the fashion industry.
