Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Research, prospect, and generate qualified leads via text, email, cold calls, or other communication channels.
  • Set up meetings or calls between potential clients and the business development team.
  • Track and report on lead generation activity.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for engaging new leads.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or sales canvassing.
  • Proven ability to independently source leads from a variety of channels.
  • Familiarity with sales qualification methods like BANT, ANUM, etc.
  • Experience in SaaS or HR-related industries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proven history of meeting or exceeding lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Strong results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
