What You’ll Do
- Support the execution of brand strategies to strengthen Sappun’s market presence and identity.
- Assist in planning and rolling out marketing campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal promotions—both online and offline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, retail, supply chain, e-commerce, and social media to ensure brand consistency.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, consumer trends, and sales data to help identify growth opportunities.
- Create and refine brand decks and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign outcomes, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Monitor inventory flow and promotional timelines to support marketing alignment and maximize sell-through.
- Report on key retail metrics such as stock levels, sell-through rates, and campaign performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in branding, marketing, or merchandising—preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail.
- A strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer engagement, and product storytelling.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable working with sales and performance data.
- Strong written and visual communication skills for presentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Keynote) is a plus.
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle trends, and growing an impactful brand in Indonesia.
