Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Here in Mitramas Infosys Global, you will be exposed to work on software across a diverse platform of technologies as well as a variety of industries within our portfolios. We are looking for talents with high tenacity in solving problems, exceptional passion for technologies, and a great willingness to learn and adapt to ever-changing environments to join our team.
You are expected to be able to:
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Creating technical documentation (SRS, SDD, IDD).
- Supporting UAT planning and execution.
- Managing stakeholder communication.
- Modeling business processes using UML, BPMN, or Visio.
- Working within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid SDLC environments.
- Writing SQL queries and understanding basic API/programming concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficient in documentation, stakeholder management, and UAT.
- Skilled in process modeling tools (UML, BPMN, Visio).
- Familiar with SDLC methodologies and SQL.
- Basic understanding of APIs and programming.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup for overseas on a contract-based arrangement.
