Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Seek and secure new customers for Siaga Transport’s services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify growth areas.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve client issues and maintain satisfaction.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with drivers and customers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Develop strategies for market penetration and sales target achievement.
- Contribute to pricing strategies and customer negotiations.
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in transport/logistics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional yet approachable demeanor.
- Willing to work on-site (Mon–Fri: 08.00–17.00, Sat: 08.00–16.00; occasional Sat 08.00–12.00).
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and operate at owner-level thinking.
