Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Operate cameras during live sports events, matches, or training sessions, including multicam setups.
- Capture high-quality video footage according to director or producer instructions.
- Operate specialized equipment such as telebox lenses, EFP (Electronic Field Production) cameras, and ENG (Electronic News Gathering) cameras for on-location coverage.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure smooth camera operations and optimal coverage.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot camera equipment, ensuring all gear is ready for live or recorded events.
- Monitor framing, lighting, and shot composition to deliver professional broadcast quality.
- Provide organized and labeled footage to support post-production needs.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure proper handling of all camera equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Film, Broadcasting, Media Production, or related fields.
- 3–4 years of experience as a cameraman in a TV station or professional sports production environment, with experience in multicam setups.
- Skilled in operating telebox lenses, EFP cameras, and ENG cameras.
- Strong understanding of sports dynamics, camera angles, and live coverage requirements.
- Knowledge of lighting, composition, and shot framing for broadcast quality.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills with production crews.
- Flexible to work during weekends, evenings, and outdoor locations.
- Physically capable of handling and operating heavy camera equipment for extended periods.
