Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain strong customer relationships and find new shipments order from new customers (import, export, or domestic)
- Meet or exceed cargo sales and revenue targets
- Negotiate rates and terms with customers
- Report sales performance and customer feedback to supervisor
- Collaborate with sales team to enhance marketing strategies
- Min. bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Min. 2 years of work experience in freight forwarding/shipping/airlines company
- Have experience in handling import/export/domestic cargo shipments
- Good proficiency in English
- Understand global freight forwarding industry (Sea & Air)
