Commercial Graduate Trainee (CGT) is a development program that is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience in various aspects of the business, especially in Sales function.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field, with minimum GPA 3.25.
- Active in the organization during college.
- Passionate in the Commercial field, especially in Sales & Marketing in FMCG business.
- Resourceful, Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, good presentation skills and strong leadership.
- Able to drive a car (have an active driver's license).
- Commit to completing the program.
- Proficiency in English (written & spoken) is required.
- Willing to be placed in any location across Indonesia.
