Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and produce engaging content for various platforms including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Create and design decks for content planning and presentations.
- Coordinate and schedule video shoots in collaboration with the creative team and talents.
- Ensure all logistics for the shoots are arranged, including location, equipment, and props.
- Manage and coordinate with talents for video shoots.
- Ensure talents are well-prepared and informed about the shoot details and schedules.
- Edit videos and other content to ensure high-quality production.
- Add graphics, music, and effects to enhance the final output.
- Upload and manage content on various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, and engage with the audience.
- Analyze social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Work closely with the creative team and employees to brainstorm and develop content ideas.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of content projects.
- Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Design, or a related field.
- Min 1 year of experience in content creation, creative work, media, or digital marketing.
- Able to create engaging content in various formats (copy, visuals, short videos).
- Proficient in basic design/editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, CapCut).
- Team player and open to feedback and collaboration.
- Experience working in an agency or startup environment.
