Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing and resolving issues related efficiently and professionally.
- Provide timely and effective assistance to suppliers via phone, email, and live chat ensuring their inquiries are handled with attention to detail.
- Manage and prioritize client and supplier inquiries, ensuring all issues are resolved within designated timeframes.
- Escalate more complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate key personnel for further resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in any Major
- Fluent in English (Speaking, Listening, and Writing)
- Have 1+ year working experience in Customer Service with English communication skills
- Fresh graduates with advanced levels of English communication skills are welcome to apply
- Willing to work in shifting mode (24/7) including public holidays
- Willing to be placed in either Central Jakarta (Batu Tulis, Gambir) office or BSD, Tangerang office
