Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and respond to information and inquiries from various communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Support and assist customers and drivers by identifying issues and providing effective solutions throughout the service process.
- Offer clear consultation and guidance related to GreenSM’s products, services, and programs.
- Conduct surveys to gather valuable feedback and measure satisfaction levels — helping us continuously improve product quality, service, and after-sales experiences.
- Collaborate with the team to implement sales and service initiatives, including promotions, loyalty programs, and engagement campaigns.
- Record feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and propose actionable solutions to enhance overall customer and driver satisfaction.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support 24/7 operations.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service; experience in driver or partner support will be a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to handle different personalities with empathy and professionalism.
- A problem-solving mindset with a proactive, customer- and driver-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
