Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the distribution center, ensuring all activities are performed efficiently and meet operational standards.
- Ensure that orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Optimize processes and workflows within the distribution center to improve speed, accuracy, and overall performance.
- Monitor daily performance metrics, such as order cycle time, order accuracy, and productivity, and take corrective actions when needed.
- Implement inventory management best practices, including stock rotation, cycle counting, and shelf life management.
- Monitor and manage operational costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including labor, equipment, and space, to minimize waste and optimize performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on distribution center performance, including key metrics, financials, inventory levels, and staffing.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in distribution or warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in handling fresh / frozen goods is preferred
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other supply chain technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
