Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Mission :
To accelerate the delivery of design solutions to users and consistently meet expectations by providing expert-level detail layout for equipment and ensuring standardization across designs.
OKR:
- % Accurate Design New HUB and Improvement facility
- % Accurate technical site data and measurement of facility
- % Deliver a clear communication of layout design needs with user
- % Deliver design within timeline
Responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed design layouts for equipment and facilities, leveraging insights from comprehensive location surveys and capacity improvement plans.
- Conduct thorough on-site technical surveys to collect precise data and assess the feasibility of locations for new or redesigned facilities.
- Analyze collected technical data to inform and optimize facility and equipment layouts, ensuring adherence to standardization principles and maximizing operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant stakeholders (e.g., operations, project management, business development) to integrate design layouts into overall project timelines and ensure alignment with user expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Architect / Industrial Engineering / Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of working as designer of same industry (logistic / retail preferred)
- Expert with SketchUp and AutoCAD
