Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Financial Operations Management:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and payment processing.
- Monitor and control company expenses to ensure alignment with budgets and forecasts.
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Coordinate and supervise month-end and year-end closing processes.
Accounting & Financial Reporting:
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards (e.g., PSAK/IFRS).
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Tax Management and Compliance:
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns (PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH 25, VAT, etc.) in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Manage withholding taxes and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
- Handle tax audits, coordinate with tax authorities, and resolve any disputes or inquiries.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
Financial Controls and Risk Management:
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and reconciliations to identify discrepancies or potential risks.
- Supervise inventory controls and coordinate stock-taking activities to minimize shrinkage and losses.
