Deskripsi Pekerjaan
A. Execute day to day financial operation:
- Data input of finance transactions; received payments from customer, pay to sub-contractors and vendors as well as employees' payroll
- Perform monthly closing and books (profit loss, balance sheet, cashflow) reconciliation
B. Execute Financial Analysis:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights into financial performance and trends
- Control project finance; budget control, payments from clients and to sub-contractors
- Plan and monitor cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs and financial obligations
- Develop financial forecasts and budgets to guide resource allocation and strategic planning
C. Execute all tax payments and ensure all transaction comply with prevailing tax and government regulations
D. Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure project achievements align with financial planning and project objectives
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant is an advantage
Experience:
3 - 4 years experience in financial management, preferably in financial accounting in services or a related industry
Proven track record in financial analysis, budgeting and reporting.
Experience in accounts management, internal controls and compliance
Familiarity with project-based financial planning and collaboration with project management teams (an advantage)
