Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Build, update, and maintain complex financial models to support business planning.
- Prepare, review, and present monthly management reports, highlighting key variances and business drivers.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis on revenue, costs, profitability, and operational performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization and margin improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to support financial decision-making.
- Act as a finance business partner, supporting business cases, investment proposals, and project evaluations.
- Support long-term strategic planning by providing financial projections and scenario analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency of FP&A activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting techniques & advanced in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Attention to detail along with strong organizational and time-management skills.
