Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsibility for reimbursement, petty cash, and business trips.
- Manage and maintain office facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements when required.
- Prepare routine reports related to GA operational activities, including building maintenance, assets, inventory, attendance, and supporting documents.
- Support other departments with administrative and operational needs and external parties for operational.
- Input Daily Journal to accounting system.
Requirements :
- Graduate of Accounting/Finance/Financial Management.
- Experience in General Affairs
- Understanding of basic accounting and Microsoft Office.
- Honest, disciplined, integrity, reliable, and organised.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent in English
