PT Akasha Wira International Tbk (“the Company”) was established under the name of PT Alfindo Putrasetia in 1985. The Company’s name has been changed several times, with the most recent one in 2010, when its name was changed to PT Akasha Wira International Tbk.
In 2004 Water Partners Bottling S.A. (WPB), a joint-venture company between Nestlé S.A. and Refreshment Product Services (a wholly owned subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company), acquired a majority stake in the Company and the name of the Company was changed to PT. AdeS Waters Indonesia, Tbk accordingly. During this Nestlé S.A and Refreshment Product Services ownership period, the Company launched bottle water AdeS product with new packaging and new bottle product Nestle Pure Life.
The Company started the production of hair care cosmetics under the Makarizo brand in 2010 by purchasing production machines and equipment owned by PT Damai Sejahtera Mulia. The purchase of these assets was approved by the majority...

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Work closely with multiple brand teams to ensure the Visual Design and Motion Video are delivered in a timely manner and accurately based on brief and expectation.
- To prepare the Visual Design and Motion Video for a marketing promotional event.
- Updating the Visual Design and Motion Video for seasonal and promotional.
- Ensure visual merchandising and promotional displays are prepared and set in an accurate and timely manner.
- Work closely with Marketing to develop strategy, creative ideas, and concepts that fulfill the marketing needs and to drive the implementation of campaign and promotion plan.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a closely related field is essential.
- Proven 1-2 years of experience in a digital design, visual design, and motion video in Beauty Industry.
- Proficient in motion video and graphic design tools, such as: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effect and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Demonstrated excellent time management skills, showcasing the ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently, and proven track record of consistently meeting deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Experience in the beauty industry will be an advantage.
- Willing to work WFO.
- Able to join ASAP.
