About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Design & Social Media Intern to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) team. You’ll play a key role in bringing ideas to life through engaging visual designs — from internal event flyers and training posters to social media content that highlights our company culture and people initiatives.
This role is perfect for a fresh graduate or final-year student who’s enthusiastic about design, enjoys storytelling through visuals, and is eager to learn how design supports communication and employee engagement within an organization.
Responsibilities
- Design visual materials such as flyers, posters, infographics, and other communication assets for internal trainings, events, and HR programs.
- Create engaging content for internal and external social media channels, aligned with the company’s tone and branding.
- Collaborate with the HCM team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that promote company culture, events, and people activities.
- Support video editing or simple motion design for event highlights or employee stories.
- Stay updated on design trends and social media best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or final-year student majoring in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other creative platforms.
- Basic video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
- Familiarity with social media content creation (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) is a plus.
