Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are seeking a Growth Analytics Manager – Retention to lead analytics and insights that drive user retention, churn reduction, and long-term subscription growth. Reporting directly to the SVP of Growth & Research, this role will own the end-to-end analytics framework for lifecycle performance, including data-driven strategies that increase customer engagement, extend user lifetime value, and improve profitability.
This person will be the central retention analytics lead, working closely with product, marketing, CRM, and content teams to design experiments, measure outcomes, and generate actionable insights that shape retention strategy at scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Retention & Churn Analytics
1. Build and own retention and churn measurement frameworks (cohorts, tenure curves, N-day retention, subscriber lifecycle KPIs).
2. Develop predictive churn models and early warning systems to flag high-risk users.
3. Identify high-LTV subscriber profiles and design strategies to improve retention quality.
Experimentation & Insights
1. Partner with Product, CRM, and Marketing to design A/B and multivariate tests for retention initiatives.
2. Translate test results into actionable recommendations that optimize pricing, plans, user journeys, and communications.
3. Provide retention-focused dashboards, reports, and narratives for executive decision-making.
Strategy & Growth Impact
1. Connect retention analytics directly to financial outcomes (LTV, churn, ARPU, subscriber profitability).
2. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize retention-driven growth levers (pricing, offers, lifecycle comms, engagement triggers).
Team & Stakeholder Management
1. Manage and mentor analysts, ensuring consistent delivery of insights.
