Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and oversee all aspects of central kitchen operations, including food production, quality, planning, procurement, finance, and supply chain.
- Ensure efficient workflows, high-quality output, cost control, and food safety compliance across FMCG and RTE/RTD product lines.
- Manage daily operations and team performance, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Own the facility’s P&L, set production targets, and develop capacity and scaling roadmaps.
- Optimize processes through ERP systems, KPI tracking tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align production with business goals.
- Drive innovation, process improvements, and root cause analysis to boost operational performance.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Food Technology or Manufacturing.
- 7+ years’ experience in large-scale food production (central kitchen, QSR, catering), with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Bakery knowledge or experience is a plus (not mandatory).
- Familiar with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proven track record managing multiline production (hot food, frozen, beverages) and owning full P&L or cost centers.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and experience with ERP/MES systems.
- Capable of leading execution teams and implementing productivity measures.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and scaling experience (automation, new lines, capex).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills.
