Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and update payroll data for new hires, resignations, and employee status changes.
- Process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle employee medical benefits administration (insurance, BPJS, claims, and reimbursements).
- Ensure compliance with regulations and support HR events related to employee health and benefits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and HR operations.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle payroll and employee records accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and service skills to address employee needs related to payroll and benefits effectively.
- Willing to be located in Karawaci, Tangerang.
