Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, including internal campaigns and special-day events.
- Help run internal surveys and analyze feedback.
- Contribute to organizational development initiatives and HR projects.
- Provide administrative support for the HRBP team.
- Final-year students or recent graduates from Psychology, Management, or similar majors
- Proficient in operating Google Workspace (Google Spreadsheet, Google Docs, Google Slides, etc.)
- Strong English proficiency (both verbal and written)
- Solid analytical skills with structured thinking
- Highly initiative, proactive, and collaborative
- Able to do WFO at least 3 times a week
