Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop frontend and backend features for the HR Super App using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Integrate HRIS, assessment tools, and talent management systems APIs.
- Ensure the application has a user-friendly UI/UX based on feedback from HR and end-users.
- Build and optimize authentication & authorization systems based on OAuth2, SSO, or JWT.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to translate wireframes into interactive interfaces.
- Implement automated testing (unit & integration testing) to ensure application stability.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers & AI/ML Engineers to integrate predictive analytics and machine learning features.
- Experience in full-stack development with React.js, Node.js, Python, or Java. - Proficient in RESTful API & GraphQL and capable of working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Firebase). - Understanding of DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure) is preferred.
- Experience with HR Tech or enterprise applications is a plus.
- Good communication skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Willing to work entirely from the office (WFO)
- Willing to join ASAP
