Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Managing monthly employee payroll, including reimbursement, medical insurance (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan), income tax (PPh 21), as well as calculating commissions and allowances.
- Managing comprehensive HR documentation, encompassing employment contracts (PKWT), employee databases, entry and exit documents, warning letters,
- Conducting training sessions for new employees.
- Handling various operational activities within the company, including procurement, payment of routine expenses, and asset maintenance.
- Supervising the team responsible for updating the company website.
- Proficient in English both Oral and Written (Interview will be conducted in English)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and general affairs management
- Fast learner, good communication and interpersonal skill
- Maximum 30 years old
- Can join immediately
