Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop, Implement, and Monitoring EHS Program
- Conduct ergonomic supervision, monitoring employee health checks up and sanitation activities in the work environment.
- Implement, Monitoring, and Supervising the activities of the P2K3 emergency response team and their reporting
- Monitoring of waste, wastewater, air emissions and hazardous materials
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations (national and international)
- Conduct internal audits and supervision of all company units.
- Coordinating with external vendors/consultant/DEPNAKER for the implementation of K3
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly report of EHS Programs
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health and Environmental Engineer
- Experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager at least 3 years’ experience, preferably in the plantations/agribusiness sector is a plus point,
- Having leadership in planning management, man/team management, initiative, and responsibility
- Having experience and good skills on implementation and monitoring of EHS Program
- Certified on Public AK3 (SMK3 Auditor prioritize)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
