Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Leading the HR team in carrying out its duties and responsibilities
- Together with other Divisions, create strategic planning for employee recruitment and training
- Together with other Divisions, create, organize and monitor SOP
- Together with other Divisions, ensure that the Company Culture runs and becomes the foundation for every work activity
- Together with the HR team, organize and control employee absences, salaries, and incentives
- Together with other division leaders, compile and monitor employee KPIs
- Make regular employee reports and evaluations to top management
- Communicate, negotiate, problem solve and think analytically in employee relations
- Minimum education of S1 all majors, preferably from human resources or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience as HRD Supervisor/Senior Officer, or a minimum of 5 years as HRD staff
- Have a firm, confident, responsible personality and pay attention to details in building a comfortable working atmosphere for employees
- Proficient and proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Powerpoint)
- Dynamic, persistent, honest and responsible for targets
- Have good leadership skills
- Understand employment laws, Job Creation Law and industrial relations
