Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring resources, timelines, and objectives are met. Utilize project management tools (e.g., Gantt Charts, Kanban Boards) to track progress and handle risks.
- Lead and coordinate teams of developers, data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Oversee the collection, storage, and quality of operational data. Ensure the data architecture is scalable and work with teams to manage the ETL process.Oversee the collection, storage, and quality of operational data. - Lead data system integration across departments using APIs or middleware (e.g., Apache Kafka, Talend).
- Prepare and present project performance reports to stakeholders using metrics like CPI and SPI. Use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for effective reporting.
- Ensure projects comply with data security regulations and conduct audits as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years as an IT Project Manager in operational data-related projects, including data migration, system integrations, or business intelligence implementations. Banking industry experience is a plus.
- Proficient in relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Experience with ETL tools, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and Big Data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Kafka, Grafana).
- Familiarity with SDLC and system integration using APIs and middleware.
- Strong skills in planning, risk management, and using project management tools (e.g., Gantt Charts, Kanban Boards).
