Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users regarding hardware, software, network, and system-related issues (helpdesk).
 - Diagnose and resolve technical issues either in person, via phone, or remote access tools.
 - Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, printers, and other IT equipment.
 - Assist users in understanding and operating various systems and software applications.
 - Log all support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a ticketing system.
 - Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate IT teams when necessary.
 - Ensure all IT systems and equipment are functioning efficiently and securely.
 
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
 - Basic knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating systems.
 - Familiarity with Windows/IOS.
 - Understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP address, DNS, etc.).
 - Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
 - At least 1 year of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
