Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor orders from customers across all channels/marketplaces to ensure processing in the warehouse partner (WH Partner) as per SLA.
- Verify order data.
- Process and analyze incoming orders accordingly.
- Communicate constantly with management, staff, and vendors.
- Apply problem solving skills to resolve operational issues or complaints on a daily basis.
- Maintain a positive work environment according to the company’s values and ensure that all team members are aligned.
- Maintain a professional demeanor when providing and receiving feedback.
- Ensure that operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
- Apply problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues or complaints on a daily basis.
- Assist in the implementation of improvements.
- Possess strong integrity and a good attitude.
