Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and Oversee: You'll be the brain behind all import operations, from planning to delivery at our warehouse.
- Navigate Regulations: Handle and ensure the accuracy of all import documentation—including Invoices, Packing Lists, and HS Codes—in compliance with customs regulations.
- Build Connections: Act as the primary liaison with international vendors, internal teams, and customs authorities to maintain efficient workflow.
- Solve Problems: Proactively identify and resolve potential hurdles in the import process to ensure timely arrivals.
- A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of import procedures and customs documentation.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English is essential for business communication.
- Additional certifications or experience in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
