About the role
As a Management Trainee Sales at PT. Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia, you will play a vital role in driving the company's growth within the North Jakarta, Jakarta region. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to embark on a dynamic career path, where you will develop valuable sales and leadership skills to excel in the Sales industry.
What you'll be doing
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Participate in product training and stay up-to-date with the company's product offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales initiatives
- Assist in the analysis of sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making
What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, Management, or a similar discipline
- Strong desire to pursue a career in sales
