Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with Bumi Journey's overall objectives.
- Spearhead marketing and business development efforts, identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth and partnerships.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed targets through effective strategies and relationship management.
- Craft and implement innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Cultivate and leverage your strong professional network to create valuable business connections.
- Represent Bumi Journey at industry events and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in a digital marketing role with exposure in business and sales.
- Proven commercial acumen with a strong understanding of business, sales, and marketing principles.
- Exceptional skill in public speaking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- A genuine passion for Bumi Journey's mission to forge deeper connections between people and the natural world through immersive, nature-based experiences that inspire stewardship and appreciation for our environment.
