Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conducting the marketing communications and promotion planning in order to support the short term and long term business goals
- Developing and managing marketing tools
- Identifying and implementing the management needs
- Developing periodic business plans in coordination with the managers
- Implementing the marketing plans of the organization at the time of need
- Planning and executing seminars and events
- Creating promotional materials such as advertisements, flyers etc.
- Creating and Managing the various online/offline advertising campaigns
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience as a Marketing Officer or in a similar role
3. Strong knowledge of marketing techniques and principles, with expertise in marketing strategy
4. Proficient in copywriting
5. Good understanding of market research methods, as well as statistical and data analysis techniques
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Creative mindset with strong commercial awareness
Strong critical and strategic thinking skills, with attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and problem-solving ability
