Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Carry out the recruitment and fulfillment process for blue-collar partners according to operational needs.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding partner violation reports to ensure information validity.
- Follow up on violation reports by directly communicating with the respective partners.
- Manage administrative processes related to partner disciplinary actions in accordance with company procedures.
- Support the issuance process of Warning Letters (SP) until finalization.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Psychology, Law, Management, or related fields).
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR operations, compliance, or managing blue-collar workers/partners.
- Proven experience in mass hiring and the ability to achieve recruitment or operational targets set by the company.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver messages clearly.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing administrative tasks and documentation effectively.
- Experienced in coordinating with operations teams and handling disciplinary-related matters.
- Able to work mobile, adaptable, and flexible according to operational needs.
