Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance and operational metrics.
- Support monthly calculations of incentives, deductions, and bonuses for Mitra.
- Ensure data accuracy through cleansing, validation, and logic updates.
- Assist in developing and checking dashboards to make sure data is reliable and relevant
- Provide data and materials for weekly cadence meetings and follow-up actions.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including HRIS and reporting enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related field (fresh graduate or 1–2 years experience in data/operations analytics).
- Strong skills in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
- Basic knowledge of BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy.
- Ability to organize, document, and present data clearly.
- Eager to learn and grow in performance analytics and operations.
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.
