About The Role
The New Product Development will manage the development for category product personal care and nutrition. Overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to market launch, ensure product delivered on time and achieve sales target. This role plays a pivotal part in creating innovative products that empower consumers and align with Tentang Anak mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Consumer Insights
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities by collaborating with the brand and marketing team.
- Gather consumer insights to guide product design and positioning strategies.
Product Formulation and Compliance
- Creating product formulations and claims that align with Tentang Anak's objectives and meet consumer needs.
- Maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the development process.
- Coordinate with specialist doctors and other experts to strategically develop evidence-based ingredient formulations that effectively address the needs and preferences of the target audience.
Prototype Development and Testing
- Manage product sampling processes for early-stage products, refining prototypes to meet quality, performance, and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure product prototypes are ready for launch.
- Conduct panel tests to gather insights and feedback from various audiences, ensuring the product aligns with consumer expectations and needs.
Project and Stakeholder Management
- Manage project timeline, key milestones, and resource distribution to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
