Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible for product development through to production. As a communication and information exchange liaison with the development center in Taiwan and the client. Leading the planning and execution of a model's production, from testing to production, while coordinating any support needed along the way.
- Flowing information to and from the Taiwan development center, while as an intermediary with clients.
- Planning, leading the implementation and tracking the progress of each stage of commercialization as well as communicating problems in trials and things that need attention and providing feedback for the smooth running of the production process.
- Ensure production has undergone sufficient training and is of good quality before production begins.
- Coordinate audits at the start of production.
- Understand the problems experienced by production and communicate them to get solutions.
- Coordinate special needs in the development process (such as making samples and promotions, testing materials for certain processes, sewing sample uppers, etc.).
- Attending technical meetings, project meetings and other meetings related to product development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Excellent English language skills are preferred (both written and spoken).
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in shoe manufacturing or related roles.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of shoe manufacturing, commercialization development and R&D.
- Ability to manage cross-functional coordination and enforce policies effectively.
- Must be aware about occupational health and safety in general and able to implement it at work environment.
