Summary
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of daily responsibilities and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, invitations) professionally
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting executives
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business correspondence
- Fluent in English
