As a Product Development Manager (Beauty), you will:
- Lead end-to-end product development: concept, formulation, testing, launch.
- Work closely with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams.
- Analyze trends and competitors to create innovative and marketable products.
- Manage timelines, costs, suppliers, and ensure BPOM/regulatory compliance.
- Support marketing for product training, key messages, and launch readiness.
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business, etc.).
- 5+ years experience in beauty product development (skincare/makeup/body care).
- Strong project management & communication skills.
- Good understanding of cosmetic formulation & market trends.
- Familiar with BPOM regulations; supplier & costing knowledge is a plus.
