Responsibilities :
- Understand the company's products thoroughly.
- Translate technical details into consumer benefits.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to position the product effectively.
- Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launches).
- Craft compelling messages for all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team (design, content, sales, etc.) to implement marketing strategies.
- Evaluate projects based on established KPIs and feedback from customers and prospects.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Experience working as a Product Marketing , Brand Manager, or similar role spesification in Manufacturing Company.
- Proven experience in launching and managing various go-to-market (GTM) programs, including webinars, trade shows, social media, content marketing, etc.
- Proficiency in developing product marketing tactics, including strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and mentor subordinates both directly and indirectly.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiar in Automotive manufacturing.
