Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop, manage, and enhance work plans and production targets.
- Facilitate coordination among internal teams to meet shared objectives.
- Monitor and uphold product quality standards.
- Ensure alignment of target achievements with established plans.
- Assess and enact corrective measures to attain production goals.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Production of Automotive Components/Heavy Equipment Production/Heavy Equipment Components/Dump Trucks. Understanding of short-term and long-term production planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Good managerial skills.
- Strong communication skills. Responsible, possessing good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong desire to achieve targets.
- Willing to be placed in Curug, Tangerang - Banten.
