Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist the project management team with administrative tasks (including meeting coordination, documentation, expenditures and correspondence) and project schedules
- Prepare and and organize tender documents, CVs shortlisting and registration
- Develop, maintain and control a comprehensive project documentation (progress reports, resource plans, financial data)
- Collaborate with Finance team to align projects documents with budgets and financial records
- Use the internet effectively for sourcing information relevant to projects, tenders, resources and industry trends
- Conduct spreadsheet analysis to support project planning and reporting
- Manage and update company website, for information and branding
- Support company branding efforts, including creating content for digital platforms and maintaining brand visibility
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field
- Additional certifications in using digital tools, branding or website management are an advantage
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in project administration or a related role
- Proven experience in document management, resource coordination and administrative support
- Familiar with website management platforms and branding practices
- Skilled to translate documents from Bahasa Indonesia to English and vice versa
- Ability to create and analyze data using Excel or similar tools
- Proficiency in updating and maintaining websites
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for enhancing company branding online
