Overview
The Sales Executive Intern at Kobi Education plays a key role in converting leads into enrolled students by engaging with potential customers on social media platforms. The role demands a deep understanding of customer needs, proactive follow-ups, and strong product knowledge. The B2C Sales Executive Intern is responsible for providing swift responses to inquiries, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential leads via social media platforms (DMs, Instagram, etc.) to convert inquiries into enrolled students.
- Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet made a purchase to maximize enrollment opportunities.
- Create daily sales reports and updates using Excel and share sales results and key updates in the team’s WhatsApp group.
- Respond promptly to student inquiries and complaints, providing clear solutions and detailed information about program regulations and terms.
- Process sales, generate payment receipts for each student, and manage payment tracking.
- Provide potential customers with comprehensive information about Kobi programs to match their needs with available offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Prior exposure to sales through coursework, internships, or part-time roles, ideally in education, ed-tech, or services, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of B2C sales processes, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing techniques.
- Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor landscape.
- Proficient in product knowledge, sales techniques, data analysis, and CRM tools for effective lead management and strategy development.
