Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Finance Accounting Tax professional to join our team. This role is responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting various finance operations. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external parties to ensure accurate and timely financial processes.
What will you do:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports (monthly, yearly, and ad-hoc).
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and support closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support tax reporting.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Oversee daily reconciliation for crypto and US stock transactions.
- Support audits and maintain proper documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors or tax consultants.
- Identify and support improvements in accounting and tax processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and risk management procedures.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial accounting and tax.
- Solid understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Experienced in preparing and analyzing financial reports and supporting audits.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, especially during peak periods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools; experience with tax or accounting software is a plus.
