Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Map and design end-to-end HR process flows and system blueprints (Visio,Miro, etc.)
- Support HR system configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment
- Translate business requirements into HR system functionalities in collaboration with HR and IT teams
- Extract, clean, and validate HR data across multiple systems
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports
- Provide insights through descriptive and predictive analytics (e.g., turnover, headcount, performance, learning)
- Present insights and recommendations to HR and business stakeholders
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR Management, Industrial Engineering, Data/Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HRIS, HR Digitalization, or People Analytics, including system improvement/configuration and HR dashboard creation
- Practical experience in descriptive & predictive HR analytics
- Familiar with HRIS platforms and HR process mapping tools (Visio, Miro, etc.)
- Proficient in advanced Excel/dashboarding and statistical analysis with exposure to basic machine learning or AI concepts
